Our farm shop is open by appointment Monday - Friday 10:00 - 18:00 and Saturdays 10:00 - 15:00. We are not open on Sundays or public holidays. The farm shop can be found at Hebnesvegen 1795 A, parking in front of the large gray building. Please call ahead: +4798221410.

Sparkling honeyberry, fruitwine from Hebnes vingard

Wine of haskap/blue honey berries.
- Volume: 0.75 liters.
- Cork: natural cork
- Alcohol: 10%
- Acidity: 8 g/l
- Sugar: under 3 g/l
- Unfiltered.
- Added sulfite
- Suitable for: Cheese, meat and desserts with berries.
- 2nd fermentation in bottle, pressure apr. 4,5 bar
- Serve slightly chilled (6-10 degrees).
- Storage: Horizontal, cool (below 12 degrees).
- Storage: Should be drunk before June 2027.
- Characteristics: Dry and fresh, with a touch of dark berries. Slightly tight, with a clean and firm finish. The berries are grown at Hebnes and the wine is produced at the vineyard.
